How Do I Join the Tour? You can register any time during the year. Membership is now Free for the remainder of 2011. Register
I am an Amateur Golfer? All Amateur Golfers are welcome to join the Tour. All Amateur golfers sign a waiver form before each event.
How much can an Amateur win? You will win a maximum of R4500 which amount will be loaded on your IGT MasterCard. Amateur Winners can be invited for free to play in IGT Events. Electronic Card
How Do I Get in Tournaments? The Tour uses a priority system based on 2011 Order of Merit Points system. Fully exempt: Winners, and top 5 finishers. Exemptions: Top 120 on Order of Merit. Players not fully exempt will receive Order of Merit points based on their performance at their last event and those players will be re-shuffled after each event based on points earned. Based on the pool of players in relation to their Tour Ranking, entries will be taken on a first come, first served basis (deadlines apply). We conduct local qualifiers (10 spots) on Mondays.
Am I Allowed to wear Other Sponsor Logo's? Yes, however, it will be mandatory that players conform to the Tour's policy of Player Attire.
How Much Does The Tour Cost? R1200 Membership fee, R800 36 holes, R1200 54 holes and R1300 72 holes.
Is Lodging Included in Fees? No, but the Tour does assist players in matching available private housing with Tour Members.
Are Carts Allowed? No, only during practice rounds.
Are Pull Carts Allowed? Yes.
How Do Family Members Keep Track of My Progress? Scores are posted live on our website www.igtprotour.co.za.
When is prize money paid? Prize money is paid via EFT and is paid within 24 hours immediately following the event.
Do I Have To Pay To Play in Pro/AM’s? No, the top 32 players from the previous event are entered for the Pro AM.
Do I Have To Have A Caddy? No, you can carry your own bag or use your own caddie. Some courses have local caddies available.
